Troop 309

Our Troop has been active in Satellite Beach for almost 60 years.  We are an active Troop with a focus to help develop leadership and outdoor skills within young men.  We have a long tradition of service in the community, the Methodist Church, the VFW, and the Riverside District of Central Florida. Our scouts grow into strong young men with the qualities instilled in them throughout their scouting journey. We have a history of scouts that dedicate themselves to the good teachings of scouting and earn the rank of Eagle Scout.  Troop 309 strives to apply the Scout Law: A scout is Trustworthy,  Loyal, Helpful, Friendly, Courteous, Kind, Obedient, Cheerful, Thrifty, Brave, Clean, and Reverent; and live by the Scout Oath.
